Is this white horse used for photo taking with tourists the same horse?

While travelling on 8-hrs long bus ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, I noticed there're many cows but they look kinda thin. To pass the time, one of my travel mates, SY, & I started cow-watching! Tried to snap pics of cows, which is a real challenge - by the time we spotted the cow(s), the bus will have whizzed by & our cameras are not the professional kinds that can capture split-second actions.
